Core progress simplified.

Making progress in your core, is NOT a mystery......

What I am going to say now about your core muscles will probably cause some controversy, and may make some people mad.....but the true fact is....there is NOTHING fancy about training your core muscles for great results.

Guess what.....????

Your core muscles are exactly the same as all the rest of your muscles in your body.
They are NOT some type of "different" muscle....they are not some "alien" form of muscle that is unrelated to the rest of the muscles in your body.....they are exactly, completely, one-hundred percent the SAME as the rest of the muscles in your body.....

And, guess what else.....????

They will respond exactly the same way to training as the other muscles in your body.....
Yes....that's right.....EXACTLY the SAME.

Do you use 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps, increasing weights and reps as you progress to do the rest of your muscles, and get good results ???
Well, than use 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps .....WITH SOME WEIGHT......for your core training.

WHY, WHY, WHY........would you train your core like it is not the same as the rest of the muscles in your body ???

Are you AFRAID to use weights when training your arms....your legs....your back ???

Then why be afraid to do the same thing with your core muscles ?????

The main problem with the core, and the reason that people do not see the same results as other parts of their body....is because the core is the place where the body happens to store it's excess fat....which is actually energy storage for when food is scarce.

That is the true purpose of fat storage, it goes WAY back to our ancestors, when we were hunting to survive.

Back then, food was not plentiful in a supermarket as it is now.....
The body stored fat, so you could survive when the times came that food was scarce, and calories were low for extended periods of time.

BUT YET, we go on LOW CALORIE diets to try and lose weight.....which is the EXACT SIGNAL the body interprets as "starvation"....and instantly starts storing fat.

We treat our core muscles as different.....and we go low calorie.......both points are HUGE MISTAKES that give us the exact OPPOSITE of the results we are looking for.

The KEY to good core results is actually very simple.....
It is not some crazy theory.....
The core is not "alien muscles".....

The first thing that needs to be done, is an efficient warm up....EVERY TIME....to get the fat-burn engine revving on HIGH.

Did you ever feel that feeling, when you first get going in your workout, in about the first 5-to-10 minutes you feel like you are dying....but then if you push through that feeling....you get this second-wind energy and can go for a while ???

THAT feeling....is the exact point that your body shifts over to burning fat as a fuel source !!!!

Your initial quick-burst activity burns mainly carbs, but, that steady warm up activity for about 15 minutes, until you sweat, until you get past that "dying" point....THAT is what you want.
THAT is FAT-BURN ON !!!

After you incorporate THAT into your every workout routine, you are halfway to awesome progress....

Now for the other half of your progress.
USE SOME WEIGHT when you do core !!!!

Would you train your arms with 100 reps of NO WEIGHT ??
If you did, what results would you expect ???

What kind of legs would you get with just bodyweight squats, never using any weight.....doing thousands of reps ???

But that is exactly what we do in our core training !!!

Train your core like EVERY other muscle for great results.
ADD some weight to your sit ups.....
Hold a 5 pound dumbbell to your chest......too light....go to a 10.
Work your way up....in a month....maybe a 25....
In 6 months....maybe a 50.....

JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER BODY PART !!!!

It is not difficult, core is not different, do not make it harder than it has to be.

Try this, and you will be BLOWN AWAY by the progress you make in your core training....
You WILL be ripped, and strong in your core.....

Now go get it DONE !!!
